Living L.E.A.N. Program

Hi I’m Aimee,

I am here to help you figure out how to live your healthiest life. I’m not talking about a quick-fix, 21 day challenge kind of a thing, that gets you results and then returns you back to the “way you were” weeks later.
I’m talking about helping you learn simple steps that can set you up for lasting lifestyle change and both physical and emotional success.

You see I am a lot like you. A very busy woman with a fulltime job, husband, kids, business owner and lots of commitments. My fitness profession gave me the opportunity to exercise regularly which was great, but like you eating healthy was often a challenge.
Don’t get me wrong, I made great effort to eat healthy but as a busy woman there were times I wasn’t on point. I knew for all the effort I was making in the gym, my nutrition was not giving me the positive results I wanted. I always felt that I should look leaner and feel more energized, but in all honesty I didn’t. I knew something was missing, but what?

My schedule limited my ability to stick to anything long term and I just felt there had to be a better way. I researched many nutrition plans and always found that the structure was so rigid and extreme. I didn’t want to pack all my food into 21 containers or never be able to have a glass of red wine again. But that thought “I should be leaner and feel more energized” nagged at me.
So I decided to take some basic principles of nutrition and exercise and create a realistic program that allowed me to uncover what worked for my body and my lifestyle.

My results have been nothing short of amazing. I dropped 2 sizes, lost weight and significant body fat. I eat 4 “real” meals a day and never obsess about being “good” or “bad” with my eating. I have cut my workouts down to 30 mins most days and have never looked leaner in my life. I can go to a restaurant, party or family gathering and enjoy myself because I now know what works for me.
This is why I want to share this process with you as well. Let’s dive in!

– One hour coaching call
– Weekly email with detailed plans for nutrition, exercise and mindset strategies

– Webinars with myself and experts in healthy lifestyle behaviors
– Ongoing support, coaching, and a community of like-minded woman in a closed Facebook group where I will be to coach you M-F”
– 2 – 30 minute coaching sessions; one at week 4 and the final one at week 8. These calls will be used to trouble shoot and customize your healthy lifestyle
